To ensure a great experience, we do have some guidelines.
- You do not need to be home to receive your order, but we require a drop off area that you find secure and safe. Urban Tails is not responsible for any damaged or stolen goods as a result of the drop off area not being secure for your order. Do you need your food placed in a certain spot? Would you like us to call when we get there? Please note this in the special instructions field. If there are no specific instructions, we will place food outside the door. Please leave us instructions to ensure your goods are delivered in the manner you wish to receive them.
- If you are unable to find an item online, please call us at the store. While we are working to have our web store reflect our complete in-store inventory, we do not have all items online.
- Are you part of our rewards programs? Please note this in the special instructions field. We will track that for you with our in-store system. Note: If you are up for a redemption from either your Customer's Rock Rewards Program or your Frequent Buyer Food program, your delivery total must meet the $25 minimum after the discount is applied. - Deliveries leave our store at 11:00 AM and are finished by 6 PM at the latest. Due to demand, we cannot guarantee a time-specific delivery. At checkout, you may select a specific delivery day Monday through Saturday.
Urban Tails Pet Supply allows returns on food and litter within 30 days of purchase so long as the product is in original packaging, the product is more than half full, and you have your original receipt. Urban Tails allows returns on outerwear and toys within 30 days of purchase so long as they have original packaging, tags attached and are in sellable condition (not worn outside), with receipt. Urban Tails does not allow returns on used unsellable merchandise, opened packages of treats, or opened packages of most supplements. If you do not have your receipt, Urban Tails can offer store credit on unopened sellable merchandise. Please call with any specific questions about unique returns and our associates will be happy to assist you
